One of the best things I’ve ever done is to book an appointment with Diana. From the off, I was met with understanding and empathy when sharing with her my issues aroundemotional eating. For most of my life I’d used food as a coping mechanism and I needed a good solid approach to eating that would help me to move on from that place. I loved the ‘nuts and bolts’ information that Diana provided me with and how she explained very clearly the body’s needs and how those needs could be met via a healthy nutritiousretraining programme.  

One of the most unexpected things to have come from my first appointment was when I became very emotional. Diana responded to me by asking me to ‘tap’ my wrists together, I followed her lead and after a short time I felt something release from my stomach area.  It was like all the tension I’d been holding there just left me in one whoosh, completely involuntarily (up until this point I’d not been aware of tension being present).Diana is an EFT practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique) and went on to explain how emotions can become ‘stuck’ in the body, blocking the flow of energy. Thanks to Diana’s knowledgeable and intuitive way of working, I’ve been able to move forward and as a result I’m feeling more balanced and settled than at any other time in my life. My body, mind and soul are all the more healthy for my visits to Diana.
