Stress, anxiety and depression or low mood are frequently the end product of a busy life, emotional turmoil, pressure at work and home, irregular eating times and a nutrient deplete diet that could well be causing disruptive blood sugar levels which will in turn, disrupt brain hormones.  The combined effects of all these factors can lead you to feel:

To overcome these symptoms and to reduce and manage your levels  of STRESS, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION,  requires a lot of understanding and compassion.  I will provide meal plans for dietary rehabilitation and nutrition education, to stabilize blood sugar levels and brain hormones so you start to feel more balanced physically and emotionally, to improve any of the above symptoms.  Cognitive exercises and Emotional Freedom Technique skills are effective ways to release any emotional blockages that may be preventing you from living a fulfilling and happy life.
