When I was first diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 12 weeks ago I was shocked and dismayed, I couldn’t believe it!
Within a week, I had been to see Diana with a clear goal of reducing my blood sugars and getting off the medication I had abruptly been put on. This was the best thing I could have done. I left Diana’s office with a clear plan of how I could tackle the issue: no diets, no restrictions, but a much deeper understanding of the impact of food on my body. I’m confident that I can soon come off the meds too, can’t wait to get going on the next 12 weeks!
